Metal and sheet metal technician
Apprenticeship: 3.5 years
- You produce sheet metal and metal components such as silo parts, steel components, mill and mixer parts.
- You build and assemble constructions such as conveyors and grain cleaners.
- You produce high-precision components with modern CNC laser and bending machines.
- You assemble and install electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drives.
Welding technician (m/f)
Apprenticeship: 3.5 years
- You prepare welded joints manually and mechanically.
- You carry out various welding processes on metals.
- You treat welded joints, recognise and rectify welding faults.
- You mechanically and thermally straighten welded constructions.
- You carry out material tests and their documentation.
- You take corrosion protection measures on weld seams and structures.
Metal technology / steel construction engineer (m/f)
Apprenticeship: 3.5 years
- You manufacture and machine steel parts for silos and containers and assemble and mount these constructions.
- You repair and maintain constructions such as mixing plants.
- You learn all types of welding processes.
- You test and treat surfaces and protect them from corrosion.
Technical draughtsman/-woman
Apprenticeship: 3.5 years
- Making model photographs and sketches
- Creating standard-compliant production drawings of components and assemblies in front view, top view, side view, bottom view, rear view, isometric view and perspectives as well as plans
- Carrying out calculations and evaluations
- Use of information technologies such as CAD, networks, internet, intranet, databases
- Project-oriented work based on knowledge of project and quality management
- Preparation of relevant documentation
- Archiving and saving drawings and the associated documents
