Gruber chain elevator
The Gruber chain elevator is suitable for vertical transport of all types of grain, maize, beans, peas, dry and wet maize and other free-flowing goods.
The chain elevator is used for small to medium conveying capacities of 15 to 40 t/h.
The Gruber chain elevator can not only transport vertically but also at an angle, for example along a sloping roof. This can save subsequent conveyor equipment (lengths).
The Gruber chain elevator differs from other manufacturers by its extremely stable construction of elevator foot, elevator head and driver chain.
The following types are available:
- Gruber chain elevator KE 20, approx. 20 t/h
- Gruber chain elevator KE 30, approx. 30 t/h
- Gruber chain elevator KE 40, approx. 40 t/h
The standard version (basic element) contains the following equipment:
- Elevator foot with feeder wing
- Shaft with inspection hatch
- 3 running metre chain
- Head with outlet and cpl. Motor attachment
- Total height 4m.
KE 20 – version with angle piece possible (not available for KE 30 and KE 40!).
Gruber KE 20 chain elevators can also be equipped with a deflection station (e.g. conveying along the slope of the roof).
Angle is either: 45°, 50°, 55° or 60°.
