Gruber Vibrating Screen Grain Ring SVR5 / SVR10
The Gruber vibrating screen grain cleaner can be used for pre-cleaning, intensive cleaning and for calibration or seed cleaning.

The contaminated grain is conveyed to the top grain inlet of the vibrating screen cleaner. The adjustable inlet plates at the grain inlet ensure an even distribution of the product. At the same time, air flows through the grain to remove the lighter dust. The product first enters the upper sieve box in which the sieves, which can be changed depending on the type of grain, are mounted. The upper sieve separates the product from the coarse rejects, the lower sieve separates the good product from the final rejects. The same steps are carried out in the lower sieve box. Before exiting, the good product passes onto one of the two decelerators, a second air stream removes the lighter impurities, which are directed to a cyclone or alternatively a filter.

The machine is used as a pre-cleaner (e.g. for feed grain) or as an intensive cleaner (e.g. for consumer grain or seed). The 1. and also the 2nd screening stage are equipped with coarse and fine sieve, where both the coarse and fine parts are screened out.
In the inlet as well as in the outlet of the cleaning machine, fine dust is permanently extracted by the blower, which is blown into the cyclone separator and separated there. With appropriate sieve combinations, the desired degree of cleaning can be determined and adapted to the respective grain type or working method (pre- or intensive cleaning).
Furthermore, seed grain can be calibrated (sorted by size).
