The Gruber grain cleaning combination type VKRH sets new standards in grain pre-cleaning technology: Optimal results are achieved by combining air classifier technology and sieve cleaning: Lighter particles such as dust, chaff and straws are removed by the air classifier. Parts that are not caught by the air classifier due to their higher specific weight, such as sand or small stones, are sorted out by the sieve cleaner.
The mobile grain cleaner VRKH, is suitable for optimal pre-cleaning at grain reception or for grain cleaning before loading. The chassis with castors makes the unit easy to operate by one person.
It eliminates up to 90% of the foreign matter in the grain. This means faster and more even drying of the grain as well as an improvement in the quality of the stored goods. The air classifier fan can be adjusted to the required air output, which depends on the type of grain, among other things. The air flow separates the lighter parts in the cleaning cone and thus ensures a good cleaning effect.

By extending the mobile cleaner combination type VRK with a sieve tube cleaner (hole diameter 3.5 mm), the cleaning effect can be further optimised, as small, relatively heavy impurities (e.g. weed seeds, broken grains, small grains, soil residues) are already largely sieved out by the conveying and mixing movement of the grain cannon.
