Gruber HM Series Fan Hammer Mills

The proven standard blower hammer mill HM: Robust and inexpensive.

The Gruber Blower Hammer Mill HM is suitable for use with short to medium intake lengths. A special suction head with a foreign body separator prevents the mill from clogging. The hammers of this Gruber grist mill can be turned four times, thus achieving low operating costs. An optional automatic switch-off make the shot process easier.

The following types are available:

  • Hammer mill HM 1000 with 5.5 or 7.5 kW
  • Hammer mill HM 2000 with 11 or 15 kW
  • Hammer mill HM 2000 with power take-off 120 kW (1000 rpm)

Fully automatic switch-off

Mode of operation: As soon as the grain is ground, the mill runs empty, the motor reaches no-load current. At this moment, the automatic switch-off function starts. After the set run-on time has elapsed, the mill switches off automatically. No toggle switch – therefore clog-proof.
